You may return eligible items within thirty (30) days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The return period begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
If you are returning an item due to our error (wrong item, defective item, or damage during shipping), we will cover the cost of return shipping. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. All returns must include this authorization number.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within ten (10) business days.

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped at no charge. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it in accordance with this return policy.
For custom orders, cancellation may be possible before production begins, subject to a cancellation fee if materials have already been ordered or work has commenced. Custom order cancellation terms will be specified in your order agreement.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically take five to ten (5-10) business days after we process your return.
If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on your financial institution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping fees will be deducted from refunds for returns that are not due to our error.
